General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – In the event of cancellation by the customer :

Any cancellation at the customer’s initiative must be sent to Domaine de Conseillant by registered mail with return receipt to the following address to the following address:
12 rue de Conseillant 33 290 CUBZAC LES PONTS, the date of receipt being taken as proof.
Any deposits paid shall remain the property of Domaine de Conseillant, which may also claim the balance of the rental amount if cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the rental start date.
The deposit paid is not transferable to another rental period.
If the rental period is shortened, no refund will be made.

Article 2 – In the event of cancellation by Domaine de Conseillant :

In the event of cancellation by Domaine de Conseillant, the deposit will be refunded within ten days.

Article 3 – Taxes :

Rates include VAT. Visitor’s tax, governmental or local taxes must be paid locally where applicable.

Article 4 – Arrival time / Departure time :

Accommodations :

Your studio or gîte will be available from the time indicated below: Arrival from 4:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your studio or gîte no later than the time indicated below: Departure no later than 11:00 a.m. Billing for an additional night may result in non-compliance with this departure deadline.

According to signed contract

Article 5 – Payment :

Payment methods: Transfer, Cash, PayPal We do not have a TPE for credit card payments on site. We do not accept checks.

Article 6 – WIFI :

A WIFI connection is available throughout the establishment, free of charge.
In the event of malfunction of the WIFI connection, the customer cannot hold the owner liable.
The customer is responsible for any illicit downloading, recording or connection
